This is the second time 3D has saved me. My heater suddenly stopped working working so I gave 3D a call. Kevin was my technician and quickly determined what the problem was. Kevin is a friendly guy and patiently explained what needed to be done. I have now signed up for regular servicing and appreciate the quality work they do.

Kevin was the technician that came to do a cleaning on our A/C & Heating unit. He was a nice guy - very personable. He was at our home about an hour & explained everything he did (with pictures). The total bill ended up being less than we expected since our unit didn’t require a “deep clean” which is what I asked for. He could’ve done the “deep clean” that I had requested but the fact that he didn’t (since it didn’t need it), in my opinion, goes to show the kind of honesty the company believes in. Thank you 3D!

Chris was great to work with. He diagnosed an issue with our upstairs A/C unit and gave us multiple options for repairs. We signed up for 3D Airs Yearly Inspection and he was back 2 weeks later to perform a check up and cleaning of both units, inside and out. Chris and the office staff are professional and efficient, and we glad we found them.

They got job started on the Saturday before Nee Yesrs and temporarily restored heat until the whole job could be completed on January 2. Other companies couldn’t even give me an estimate until after this. They left a clean work place.

This company continues to improve it's quality and services I certainly recommend their services. They have always come out when needed and installed our AC heat pump when our original went out. We actually had a few issues to start with but they made good with it all and have work with us to meet expectations, then exceed them.

Have an annual service contract with 3D Air Services. Kevin, technican, has primarily been my service person. Kevin has a good first impression and it follows with his performance throughout his visits. Knowledgeable, explicit in his process, and feeling of satisfaction with his work/skills. Kevin is an asset to your Company. Also, Shannon, office personnel, has been extremely helpful in my scheduling, timing, and follow up. Very pleasant to talk with. 3D Air Services highly recommended for getting good service, efficient and timely.

Kevin came highly recommended. Now I see why. Kevin and Joe were amazing. We met them Monday night @ 6:00 p.m., per my request, and the job was completed before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. We had to have a whole new unit put in and I thought we would be without air for days. What a nice surprise!! I would recommend Kevin and Joe to anyone. They were professional, kind, helpful, and most of all know their stuff and how to get it done.

Chris with 3D mechanical was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed two new units, repaired duct work and added insulation. We have never been so comfortable. Our first experience with 3d air was a few weeks back with Roger. Our unit had stopped working, due to the wires being fried. Roger was so nice and such a godly spirit. Roger suggested that it was about time to replace the 30 yr old unit. Fast forward to a month later, we decided to upgrade our system. This time Robert and Austin did the work. They were extremely helpful and hard workers. Got the job done in a timely manner and left us with a new unit that cools like no other. All of these men were wonderful to work with, the financing is very affordable and we would recommend 3D to EVERYONE!!! Thanks for such wonderful customer service and prompt turn around time!!! 3D Air really knows what they're doing when it comes to customer service! They replaced both of my thermostats with new 'smart' models and walked me through the entire process. It's been the first time Alexa has actually listened to me since getting it a year ago! Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving - even though it was raining cats and dogs at the time! Shannon was amazing and not only scheduled the service call, she also personally reminded me the day before AND the day of when Chris was on his way. I didn't have an 8-hour service window like at some places. It made what could've been a stressful day a very easy one. Thanks 3D Air!!!

I am so pleased with my new unit. My air went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called and Roger was here asap. Got me up and going even though my 20 yr unit was shot and had to be replaced. Monday I got my new unit and I love it!!!! Next the grill on my filter broke and fell and Roger came back out and replaced and fixed that. Had a very old heat pump go out Thursday evening (1/18/18). Based on FB post I'd seen, I gave them a ring late Thursday night. By 10:00 Friday morning, we were already in process of installing a new Bryant heat pump system. Kevin Burke, Roger Gilham and the entire crew were outstanding and super easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with the new system or the really nice job they did with the install. New heat pumps are not cheap by any stretch, but they also have some great financing options. We'll definitely be using 3D again. Highly recommend them!

We had been trying to help an older lady in our neighborhood get her heat fixed. It went out Saturday. By Tuesday, 2 companies who had said they would fix it had delayed her again. With the 2 coldest days of the year coming, We called 3D. Jeremy got someone out to her house in about an hour. He checked it, drove to Birmingham to get the part and had her house nice and toasty before lunch. All at a very competitive price. Lots of companies can claim great service, but 3D actually delivers!! Thank you 3D!!

We had an 18 year old unit that finally bit the dust on Sunday...mind you in the middle of a down pour from Hurricane Nate. I called 3D and they said they would have someone out between 2-2:30. Chris called and showed up at 1:15pm. He took his time, worked on the unit and gave us an estimate for the repair but also to replace the unit. We decided it was time to do so and so they got on it the next day replacing the unit within a few hours. The unit has been installed for a day and is running great, very quiet and the installer even leveled out the area where the heat pump would sit to make sure it was balanced properly. I can't stress enough how much customer service makes a difference for us and Chris and the crew at 3D really did a great job.

Got a call from my wife saying it was 82 in the house and it climbed all the way to 88, called 3D they said they could get someone there by 7 this was around 3. Chris came in checked everything out found the faulty part in about 10 minutes and got in fixed by bed time it was 79 and this morning it was 72. Great service and attention. 06/22/19 Another great experience with 3D Air. Called at 2PM when it was getting hot in the house and the condenser fan wouldn't come on. Fifteen minutes later, Kevin's smiling face was at my door and fixed the problem. I just love the customer service at 3D Air! Thanks y'all! 3/22/17 3D continues to be a five star company for me. Always friendly, competent and thorough. I called at 9PM last night when the AC wouldn't come on. Roger answered the phone and Kevin was here at 9AM. He was extremely professional and kept troubleshooting until he found the source of the problem. Can't thank them enough for taking such good care of me. I've been a customer since 2012. The office staff is also very friendly and competent. Thanks go out to Erica for working me in. 12-6-13 Exceptional company. Friendly, on time, best prices and great service. They even found a rebate three months after system was installed.
