3D Air was excellent in their handling of our project. They gave us 4 options in regards to replacing our outdated system so that we could easily match our home HVAC needs to whatever investment level we wanted to make. Each day during the installation, they arrived on time, notified my wife, who is working from home, when they arrived, when they left for lunch or supplies, when they returned and when they were done for the day. They would also explain how far along they were in the process (we elected to fully replace our 40 year old ductwork as well). Everything looks shiny, neatly installed, and there is no more "accidental cooling" of the garage area due to the old ductwork. I highly recommend 3D Air!

First time I have used this company. They came at the time that was told to me this morning. The only complaint I have as it was a bit pricey. I never dreamed it would cost me what it did, but in an emergency I shouldn't complain as the air is working good and the serviceman was very nice. He explained everything to me. I will use them again.

First of all they gave you a time that they would be here and it was on the money!Kevin was courteous and pinpointed the problems immediately and had the issue solved within minutes.My unit is pretty old and on its last leg , there was no trying to sell me something I didn't need or any kind of crookedness that you might get from some places. I will definitely be buying my next unit from Jeremy and 3D Air.I don't recommend many things but I can honestly say that I recommended this company to everyone...A++++

That was around 9:00 a.m. by 3:30 p.m. the same Friday the crew came to put my new unit in. They returned on Monday to complete the installation. All the technicians were awesome. 3D Air has never left us hot or out in the cold! They are very honest, very professional, very reliable, and are very reasonable given their high quality. We have replaced 2 of our 3 units with them in this home and they designed a new system for our last home. They service every six months like clock work. We are also a healthier family as we use system filters and ultraviolet light. We have pets and asthma and this system helps tremendously. Use the professionals at 3D Air. Do it right the first time. We had an April Aire and a Solaris system installed about a month ago. My wife has allergies and this system has dramatically improved her breathing and reduced the amount of medicine she has to take daily. TLDR Summary;I called on a Friday night around 9:30. Service began at 11:40. A/C back online at 12:25.Highly professional, very friendly, and an extremely good value for the services performed. Will be using for routine maintenance, etc. in the future.11/10.Full review:Erika, from dispatch I presume, was very courteous to me on the phone and highly professional. She showed empathy when I told her about my AC woes on a hot summer night in Alabama. It was WAY hotter inside my house than outside. (Side note: Clayton Homes have great insulation by the way, but that doesn't do much good when it's hot and you need it cold with no A/C!)Anyway, she got Roger to come out to my home, and that's where it truly began. They gave a courtesy call when he was on the way, which was nice because it woke me from my nap to give me a heads up. He arrived just a little while after that, and began his work immediately. It didn't take Mr. Roger very long to figure out what was wrong with the system - he politely explained what the issue was and fixed it for me. He even fixed some issues left over from a poor installation that I didn't even know were problems!Now, my issue wasn't a tough one to understand, but I expect it was a challenge to fix. So when I say it only took him about 45 minutes to get my completely dead A/C system back online, I mean it as a pure compliment. I would recommend this company 100%.

Great installation, which included all of the wiring to the new ecobee (wifi) thermostat 🥰 People can fuss about the cost of merchandise, but ya get what you pay for & it's good to know that they stand behind all of their work 👌

They replaced a thermostat for me. The thermostat costs $87.00 at Lowe’s. They charged me $387.00 for the thermostat and the installation. It took the technician 39 minutes. A total rip off. I will never recommend them and I will never use them again!

I had the duck-work in my downstairs finished basement replaced previously with their company. They did a great job! Bought an extended warranty. Had leaking from upstairs bathroom to bedroom downstairs. They came quickly at 5:30 pm to double-check that the water leakage wasn’t related to the work they did. Very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Few years back had this company install an AC unit in Pelham... had issues immediately after and ever since. Eventually found out that the system they sold us was way over priced and one of the cheapest brands. If you’re considering replacing your AC make sure you compare prices because if you don’t have much knowledge of costs when it comes to AC systems you will be ripped off. Definitely learned my lesson.

We purchased a complete new HVAC system back June 2020 we also purchased the additional air purifier thinking it would help with the allergies I have.Obviously things have changed and the allergies I was dx’d with is the least of our concerns 🤷🏼‍♀️The system is wonderfully quiet and I love the air purifier!!Honestly I didn’t think I would use all the “smart” features, but, I was wrong 😑 Any questions or concerns I’ve had they answered promptly or even came out to check on immediately.And we have most definitely seen a difference in our power bill!!We are so thankful that we are doing business with amazing people with such integrity!Thank you 3D Air Services keep up what you’re doing!

Our air went out about 1:30 this afternoon. I’m nearly 6 months pregnant and we all know how Alabama summers are. I panicked. By 2:00, I had an appointment for a technician to come out between 4:00-6:00. Our tech arrived at 4:40, and the air is fixed just after 5:00. I can’t say how nice they are. I definitely recommend purchasing your warranty package with your unit, and I absolutely recommend using 3D Air Services!

Kevin came and analyzed our 15 year old system. 2 units needed servicing and our upstairs unit needed replacing. He gave us a good price on a Bryant 3 ton unit. Today Chris and Robert came to our home and were very professional. We know we'll need 2 more units down the road, but for now they only sold us what we needed. I am so pleased with my new unit. My air went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called and Roger was here asap. Got me up and going even though my 20 yr unit was shot and had to be replaced. Monday I got my new unit and I love it!!!! Next the grill on my filter broke and fell and Roger came back out and replaced and fixed that. Had a very old heat pump go out Thursday evening (1/18/18). Based on FB post I'd seen, I gave them a ring late Thursday night. By 10:00 Friday morning, we were already in process of installing a new Bryant heat pump system. Kevin Burke, Roger Gilham and the entire crew were outstanding and super easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with the new system or the really nice job they did with the install. New heat pumps are not cheap by any stretch, but they also have some great financing options. We'll definitely be using 3D again. Highly recommend them!

We had been trying to help an older lady in our neighborhood get her heat fixed. It went out Saturday. By Tuesday, 2 companies who had said they would fix it had delayed her again. With the 2 coldest days of the year coming, We called 3D. Jeremy got someone out to her house in about an hour. He checked it, drove to Birmingham to get the part and had her house nice and toasty before lunch. All at a very competitive price. Lots of companies can claim great service, but 3D actually delivers!! Thank you 3D!!

We had an 18 year old unit that finally bit the dust on Sunday...mind you in the middle of a down pour from Hurricane Nate. I called 3D and they said they would have someone out between 2-2:30. Chris called and showed up at 1:15pm. He took his time, worked on the unit and gave us an estimate for the repair but also to replace the unit. We decided it was time to do so and so they got on it the next day replacing the unit within a few hours. The unit has been installed for a day and is running great, very quiet and the installer even leveled out the area where the heat pump would sit to make sure it was balanced properly. I can't stress enough how much customer service makes a difference for us and Chris and the crew at 3D really did a great job.

Got a call from my wife saying it was 82 in the house and it climbed all the way to 88, called 3D they said they could get someone there by 7 this was around 3. Chris came in checked everything out found the faulty part in about 10 minutes and got in fixed by bed time it was 79 and this morning it was 72. Great service and attention. Reading all of these "great" reviews makes me wonder what happened with my service. Because as of right now, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I had an appointment Monday and have yet to see anyone let alone hear from anybody to reschedule. All I got was excuse after excuse and I refuse to keep calling. So, sorry I can't give 5 stars for a company that's unprofessional with bad customer service.

Never on time. My wife waited for over 3 hours yesterday for the guy to come over after we where told he would be over at 1pm. And he never showed up she called last night and left a message no call back called to day and left messages. She received a call back from there office and the lady said that the repair man came bye yesterday but u where not home that's a bunch of bull. Then the lady asked if he could come bye today my wife said no because we are both at work and then the Lady says see does not think he will be able to make it tomorrow it's going to have to be Friday. I glad we are not the ones paying for this that its my landlord but I will never recommend this place to anyone. All we want is for are heater to work right and back to the way it was before these people from 3D started working on it.

Absolutley superb company. Proffesional, and knowledgable they can fix seemingly anything. They treat the customers with respect, and are honest to a tee. Wouldnt use anyone else.My unit went out late last night, a wore burnt up. 3D was there first in the am and had it back up and running, no problems at all.Fantastic company. If you use anyone else, you are using the second best.

The worst experience I've ever EVER had with an air conditioning repair company. The technician saw a lady by herself with a baby and decided to double the price of freon just because he knew I would not know any better. Did not even fix the leak so soon enough I will have issues again. I will not recommend them to anyone. If I could leave a review with no star I would but you have to click at least 1. Terrible!

3D Air Sevices just left my home. Firstly, very glad to have air again! Chris was awesome! Very knowledgeable, quickly got us back up and running without giving any sort of run around. Before leaving, he explained several things that we might be interested in also doing, clearly describing pros, cons, and whys for each. Very satisfied!

This is a great group of people. Would recommend to everyone. They are curtious, professional, punctual and friendly. They did a great job, hardly even knew they were there. You couldn't ask for a more professional and trustworthy company to service your heating and cooling system. I call Chris at 3D every spring to service and clean my a/c and every fall for the gas furnace. He does great work at very affordable prices. The office staff are always friendly and very flexible on scheduling.

06/22/19 Another great experience with 3D Air. Called at 2PM when it was getting hot in the house and the condenser fan wouldn't come on. Fifteen minutes later, Kevin's smiling face was at my door and fixed the problem. I just love the customer service at 3D Air! Thanks y'all!3/22/17 3D continues to be a five star company for me. Always friendly, competent and thorough. I called at 9PM last night when the AC wouldn't come on. Roger answered the phone and Kevin was here at 9AM. He was extremely professional and kept troubleshooting until he found the source of the problem. Can't thank them enough for taking such good care of me. I've been a customer since 2012. The office staff is also very friendly and competent. Thanks go out to Erica for working me in. 12-6-13 Exceptional company. Friendly, on time, best prices and great service. They even found a rebate three months after system was installed.
