"Nothing like the AC going out on a late Friday afternoon on a hot summer day…a friend recommended we give 3D Air Service a call. First, the lady who answered the office phone was sweet and helpful. I asked some troubleshooting questions, and while I was expecting ‘we can have someone there tomorrow or Monday’, she said ‘we can have someone at your house between 6-8 pm tonight’. I was floored and extremely grateful for them to have someone at our house the same day. Austin got to our house around 6:30 pm was great w/ explaining what he was doing and what caused our issue. We got our unit back up and running, and said if we have any other issues, to call him and he would be right back out. We’ve tried many other AC companies without this kind of experience. Price was beyond fair. Communication and service were great. And the best part is that our house is back to being nice and cool on a Friday hot Alabama night. Thank you all."
