Premium Service Membership
Includes –
- 2 Cleaning visits per year
- Multi point inspection at each visit
- Monthly filters replaced at each of two cleaning visits per year
- MERV 13 filters replaced at one visit per year for a small fee of $50 each
- No charge for Service Calls
- Same day 4-hour priority response time for breakdown visits 365/24/7
- Breakdown examples –
No Heating / No Cooling / Water Leak - 15% discounts on repairs
- FREE unlimited capacitor and contactor replacement
(These are the 2 most common parts that cause system failure) - Each additional system – $123 annually or $10 per month
$433 Annually or $36 / Month (when drafted from a card)
Premium Club Members will receive $350 per year Bonus Bucks to apply toward future system replacements only or indoor air quality upgrades. Only accrues as membership dues are paid in full. Each additional system gets $75 additional Bonus Bucks when fully paid.

Priority Service Membership
Includes –
- 1 cleaning/multi point inspection visit per year typically performed in the Spring
- 1 multi point inspection in the Fall for heat season preparation.
- Monthly filters replaced at each of two visits per year
- MERV 13 filters replaced at one visit per year for small fee of $79
- One no charge capacitor replacement per 12 month plan. (This is the most common part to cause system failure)
- No charge for service calls
- Same day response time for breakdown visits 365/24/7
- Breakdown examples – No Heating / No Cooling / Water Leak
- 5% discount on repairs
- Each additional system – $183 or $15 per month
$183 Annually or $15 / Month (when drafted from a card)
